This wine with its special perfume of the original grapes, the characteristic scent of moss and gold color  has a sweet flavor that reminds of a bouquet of fruits. Excellent with dessert, pastries, and fresh fruits. 

This is a white wine of Italy’s Veneto region.  Light straw yellow, slightly green color. Fruity, intense aroma with hints of peach and apple and a delicate floral bouquet. Full bodied, dry and harmonious.

A delightful wine from the heart of the Soave Classico production area.  Vineyards situated on steep hills with volcanic soil allow the Garganega grape to reach its fullest expression.  Brilliant straw-yellow in color, this wine is elegant, floral scented and citrussy with a savoury mineral palate, a crisp, refreshing mouthfeel and a long nuanced finish. (Alc. 12.5%)

The harvested grapes are divested of their stalks and undergo criomaceration, left in contact with their must in order to extract its aromas. Subsequently they are gently pressed and complete their alcoholic fermentation and aging in new french oak barriques. From it you get an intense straw yellow color with golden highlights and a broad and delicate bouquet of white-pulp fruit with a hint of bitter almonds and white flowers, and a pleasant finale spiced with vanilla. The taste is fine and persistent, dry and with the right keenness. (Alc. 13%)

Light, dry, and slightly sparkling, with a hint of pear in the taste. Orange blossom, tangerine skin, almond, stone fruit—the list goes on. This is very aromatic with plush, sweet notes on the nose. Has dimension and texture in the mouth, and a crisp close. (Alc. 11%) 

Oregon

A wonderful example of a cool climate Riesling from Rogue Valley Oregon. Cold fermentation brings out rich aromatics of apricot and floral; on the palate the wine has refreshing crisp acidity with hints of nectarine.  This is a dry Riesling!  (Alc. 12.3%)

The grapes for this Chard were sourced from the Willamette Valley and display showy peach, pear, almond brittle, and a refreshing citrus nuance on the nose. It’s juicy and ripe on the palate with apple and citrus leading the way with touches of soft oak spice, smoke and minerals chiming in. A contemplative wine with a finish that lingers for minutes. (Alc. 13.0%)

California

This Sonoma wine is yellow straw in color.  It possesses appealing aromas of vanilla crème, ripe apple and toasty new oak.  The wine is nicely balanced and has a pleasing bouquet with an elegant and subtle long-flavored finish.  (Alc.  14.2%)

 

Produced from grapes grown exclusively in the cool coastal region of Mendocino County, the viticultural “heart” of California. Fresh with apple and pear flavors, complemented by floral nuances in the bouquet. This vintage blend includes six percent Viognierto to enhance tropical fruit aromas and add flavor complexity on the palate.  Cold fermentation in small stainless steel vessels and small components of barrel fermentation in mostly neutral small oak cooperage. (Alc. 14.1%)

The absolutely un-oaked Mutt Lynch Unleashed Chardonnay opens with aromas of pear, citrus and apricot.  REfreshing flavors of crisp green apple and pear are delivered with a medium bodied, slightly viscous mouthfeel that leads right into the delicious honey-tinged finish (Alc. 13.5%)

Straw yellow in color and with pretty aromas of floral and citrus, the freshness and balance make this wine a real standout.  The flavors of melon, pear and citrus are easy to detect.  The near perfect acidity gives it the structure that adds to its cleansing and fresh finish.  This delightfully fresh wine will pair well with many cheese and salad but especially will pair with la mer!  Anything from abalone to fish tacos.  (alc. Spain

 

Strong bouquet of citrus, green apple, and passion fruit. Round and zesty mouth feel with citrus, grapefruit, and green herb flavors. Smooth and elegant on the palate with enough acidity to carry the flavors through the finish. Similar to Pinot Grigiobut with more body and more acidity. Sustainable farming practices were used for this wine. (Alc. 12.7%)

This Albarino is golden straw in color; a clean bright yellow.  The intense nose has rich aromas of tropical fruit, apricot and subtle grapefruit background, with notes of dry grass and white flower.  Palate is intense with a long pleasant finish.  

Portugal

A crisp, dry, slightly effervescent, light-bodied white wine with a pale yellow color and youthful, floral, citrus aromas that are reminiscent of freshly cut grass. Moderately intense on the palate with lemon, green apple, and peach flavors and a medium finish. An easy drinking wine. Sustainable farming practices were used for this wine.  (Alc. 10.5%)
